The spectacled Bean is back in blogging, and of course I have to answer the questions that she always has at the end of her post. The link to the original post will be found at the end.
The post regarding Fibbing Friday will be online tomorrow, in case you’re wondering why it’s not happening today.
Do you enjoy shopping for books in a brick and mortar store? If so, do you meander around like I do enjoying the atmosphere before purchasing anything?
I really don’t like physical books if I’m honest, but I do enjoy walking around in a store or a library like the question is describing. I’ve started to read more books this year, but I listen to them on my iPad while I doodle or play some simple games. It helps me to focus on the story.
Do you ever read biographies? Or memoirs?
I haven’t so far but I guess there will be time for that someday in the future. If nothing else, I’d like to write my own biography to tell my weird life story.
Thinking back to where you were 5 years ago when we first started grappling with + adapting to the new Covid 19 pandemic realities, what did you do to keep yourself sane, assuming you stayed sane?
I have never ever enjoyed life so much as when during the pandemic, to be honest. Finally it was ok to just stay at home. I love being at home as long as I have something valuable to do. Often on my spare time, I fill it by watching a lot of movies and great TV shows. Right now I’m watching The Gilded Age on HBO and it’s a fantastic show so far if you like period pieces.
If you took the quiz, how gritty are you?
I did not take the test, so I wouldn’t know.
