Oh, hey blog. It’s been a while.
It sucks that I haven’t written here in many months. But I hear that’s normal. Not all blogging endeavors start off like a rocket, right? If you’d like to read my very first post I almost forgot about, it’s linked here.
I’ve looked around the reader a lot on WordPress. It is filled to the brim with posts that look so similar. The reason is due to the daily prompts that WordPress provides. They’re there to give us inspiration to write about something daily. I’ve seen a few posts where bloggers mostly complain about how repetitive they are 😂.
Also, apparently they recycle these a lot, so I don’t think I will participate in these ones daily. Just once in a while. I thought it would be a great idea to start off with this question. 5 things I love to do.
- Going outdoors, taking walks with my friends and their dogs.
- Listening to a good podcast
- Having deep talks and discussions with the BF. I learn so much from him 🥰😍.
- Watching a good movie, snuggling up on the sofa with some popped corn.
- Cooking food. I do a lot of experiments that either fail or become a staple meal in this kitchen of ours. Pancakes included 😂.
Of course I love hanging out with my friends. I meet them frequently. I also love dinner parties! However, those two things did not fit into this list. Let’s call them bonus points.
What are your favorite things to do?
Also thanks to those who have subscribed to the blog. I completely forgot I had notifications turned on and today all of a sudden I’ve gotten several subscribers. What a nice thing to wake up to! It gave me a reason to perhaps taking this blogging thing seriously now after this hiatus.
Oh, and I’m still on a look out for great blogging challenges to participate in. If I’m gonna write weekly, I need some inspiration.
